The Westin Charlotte

The Westin was Perfect for access to the convention center. Was in town for a volleyball tournament. The Lounge was closed due to the snow storm for the weekend but I was confused because the coffee shop and the restaurant was still open over the weekend. That was the only reason I booked this specific location for the breakfast and snacks throughout the day as a platinum elite member. The front desk was giving a credit to use per day at the coffee shop or restaurant to make up for it. All the staff were great! The latte I had was chefs kiss. It was sooo good! It offered breakfast items and a range of salads, sandwiches, drinks, etc. The restaurant had a nice vibe but it was hard for us to find something on the menu that we truly desired for dinner. So we opted into trying something new. Self parking was easy as well! Whole Foods is right beside the hotel which was cool. The bed was made up very lovely with an extra blanket and I couldn’t wait to lay down in it. I would stay here again.

I had such a great stay here! The bed was incredibly comfy and I loved the long couch. Good water pressure in the bathroom too. Celeste and Morgan at breakfast were absolutely amazing. I’d come back just for them! The gym was also clean, spacious, and had some good variety!

I had a fantastic stay at the Westin Charlotte Hotel for a recent conference, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of downtown Charlotte, with easy access to everything the city has to offer. It was incredibly convenient for getting to and from the conference venue, and I loved being able to explore nearby restaurants and attractions during downtime. The hotel itself is modern and welcoming, with comfortable rooms, great amenities, and a staff that went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. The conference facilities were top-notch, making it easy to focus on work while enjoying the upscale vibe. I’d definitely choose the Westin Charlotte again for future trips!

What an amazing place to stay and easy access to the convention center and stuff to do downtown.. the staff is one of the greatest and most attentive and knowledgeable friendly staff ever… I would recommend this place if you are looking for a great hotel to stay at…

Absolutely loved our stay at the Westin Charlotte. My college age son and I stayed for the weekend to attend a Panthers game and the location could not be better. It is an easy walk to the stadium which made game day stress free and fun. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day of walking and cheering. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. They acknowledged my Titanium status and provided a room upgrade which was very much appreciated. The lounge was a great bonus and a nice place to relax. Overall an amazing hotel experience that elevated our entire weekend. We will definitely be back.

I don’t normally leave reviews, like at all, but I had to this time. I stopped by Cardinal Coffee at the Westin in Charlotte and Morgan was everything. I caught her name because her energy immediately stood out. Warm, grounded, kind, and just really present. She went above and beyond without it feeling performative or forced. Nothing felt rushed or transactional, just genuine care and really good energy. It honestly made my whole morning better. People like her are the reason places like this stick with you. If you’re at Cardinal Coffee at the Westin in Charlotte, Morgan makes the experience.

Greetings to all. My name is Nicole James and I was an additional guest, there this past weekend for a volleyball tournament. I believe it was the Queen's City Classic, and let me tell you, my stay was over the top amazing and probably wouldn't have been as great without these following individuals, Ms. Doris Johnson, as she answered all 2500 questions every time I called, she was so sweet and patient, Willette catered to our every need and made our stay so comfortable, and Roosevelt, just so on point with our luggage requests and the laughs, and of course you have Phil, Louie and also Audrey at the front desk, the check-in process was flawless. Thank you guys so so much for making my stay such a memorable one I cannot wait to come back. Thank you again.

I received the best customer service from a lady named Doris (requested her name). She is what makes places like the Westin standout. If more people answered the phone with an upbeat attitude and willingness to help i would send all of my coworkers/family/friends here. She's also very personable, reminding me of grandma.
